Pragma ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-assisted mental health support platform. By accessing or using pragmachat.com you agree to these Terms.

Pragma is not a medical service. Our AI provides emotional support and helps you find licensed therapists — it does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional mental health care.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pragma. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in immediate danger, please contact emergency services (112) or a crisis helpline:

Pragma is not equipped to respond to emergencies in real time. Our AI will always surface crisis resources when needed, but a human helpline is your first call.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@pragmachat.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Use Pragma for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models or prompts
• Misrepresent yourself as a licensed mental health professional
• Use Pragma on behalf of someone else without their knowledge and consent

Free tier features are provided at no charge. Care+ subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

All content, branding, and software on Pragma is owned by Pragma Technologies or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pragma is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
