When I was fifteen, I was diagnosed with clinical depression.
I went from one therapist to another, spending what little we had on 45-minute sessions with people who weren't quite the right fit. Some weren't trained for what I was going through. I found out the hard way.
I got better - eventually. With time, with the people who loved me, and with a stubbornness I didn't know I had. But I never forgot what it felt like to need the right help and not be able to find it.
The problem wasn't that therapists didn't exist. It was that there was no way to know which one was right for exactly what I was carrying.

"Not approximately right. Exactly right."

What we believe
Built on 13-domain assessment frameworks used by practicing clinicians. Not a mood tracker. A genuine clinical instrument.
Every design decision asks: does this make a person in pain feel safe, heard, and less alone? If not, it doesn't ship.
The matching engine accounts for language, specialisation, severity grade, availability, and therapeutic approach. The right fit - not a list.
The mission
Starting in India, where the gap between people who need care and people trained to deliver it is widest. Then everywhere.
